Welcome to the Hong Kong College of Orthopaedic Surgeons (HKCOS) Scientific Meeting 2024 Complimentary Ticket Machine!
We’re thrilled to have you onboard as a Complimentary Ticket Issuer and to make your experience as smooth as possible, we’ve prepared a simple guide to help you register your complimentary tickets.
Getting Started
- Accessing the Form: You’ll find the link to this registration form in the email we sent you. It’s a long one, so if you encounter any issues, the best bet is to click on the link directly from your email.
Filling Out the Form
The form begins with four key fields at the very top.
- Complimentary Ticket Issuer ID: This is pre-filled with your unique ID and cannot be changed.
- Complimentary Ticket Quota: Shows the total number of tickets you can register for and is also not editable.
- Complimentary Ticket Issuer Name: Should pre-fill with your name, but you can change it if needed.
- Complimentary Ticket Issuer Email: If you’d like to receive a copy of the ticket(s), update this field with your email. Otherwise, you can leave it as is.
Registering Your Guests
After the initial sponsor details, you’ll proceed to fill out information for each guest receiving a complimentary ticket. Here’s how:
- Fill out your guest’s information: Name, email, and any other required fields to ensure they’re all set for the event. The payable amount will still be calculated but you can ignore it.
- Email Ticket: If you provide your email in the Complimentary Ticket Issuer Email field, you’ll receive a copy of the guest’s ticket. If not, only the guest’s email you’ve provided will receive the ticket with a QR code they’ll need for event entry.
Adding More Guests
- To register another guest: Simply refresh the page after you submit one registration. This resets the form for you to start fresh with the next guest.
